Our Practice
Dr. Terry Box started practicing dentistry in 1976 in Fayetteville, AR. Since then, our experienced and caring staff has welcomed patients from all over the Greater Northwest Arkansas area in every stage of life. In 2017, recognizing the numerous areas of dentistry provided by our office, and our desire to continue offering the newest, innovated techniques in restorative and preventative care, we decided to change our name to Infinity Dental & Laser Center. At Infinity Dental & Laser Center, we are dedicated to building long-lasting, positive relationships with our patients and between team members—this helps us continually provide excellent, quality general and cosmetic dentistry services. That’s why our doctors and staff regularly attend continuing education classes to stay current on new techniques and advanced dentistry technology.

Terry G. Box, D.D.S., M.A.G.D.
Dr. Terry Box grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He attended Fayetteville High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arkansas. In 1975, he achieved his Doctor of Dental Science degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Box opened his practice in Fayetteville in January 1976.
Dr. Box has one daughter, Bradyn. He and his family are Central United Methodist Church members in Fayetteville, AR.
Since opening his clinic, Dr. Box has been active in many community services, including the free clinic at Fayetteville High West Campus for twenty-five years. He also volunteers at the Washington County Free Clinic. Dr. Box is a member of The Fayetteville Rotary Club.
Dr. Box and staff are passionate about staying on the cutting edge of techniques and technology, routinely attending continuing education classes. His interest in advancing education and skills led him to serve as Arkansas Academy of General Dentistry Mastertrack Program chairman. It’s their goal to provide patients with comprehensive examinations and treatment options so that patients can make well-informed decisions about their treatment.
Jenna K. Waselues, D.D.S.
Dr. Jenna Waselues is a Fayetteville, Arkansas native. She graduated from Fayetteville High School as Valedictorian. Dr. Waselues attended the University of Arkansas on academic and athletic scholarships graduating from the U of A in the top tenth percentile. She earned her B.S.E. degree in Kinesiology/Pre-Professional and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Waselues was also a Razorback cheerleader for four years.
Dr. Waselues attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City Schools of Dentistry. She chose this program because of its reputation and proximity to Fayetteville. Dr. Waselues planned to return to Northwest Arkansas to practice dentistry and serve her hometown community.
While in dental school, Dr. Waselues held leadership roles and was active in several dental and volunteer organizations. In May 2015, she graduated from the U.M.K.C. School of Dentistry. Thrilled to be back in Fayetteville, Dr. Waselues began serving her community in June 2015.
Dr. Waselues is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Arkansas State Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Xi Psi Phi Professional Dental Fraternity Alumni.
Dr. Waselues enjoys practicing general, family, and esthetic dentistry and is a certified Invisalign orthodontics provider. She is also certified to perform BOTOX® and JUVÉDERM® treatments for T.M.J. pain, bruxism, and oral-facial cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Waselues regularly volunteers in her community, including the Welcome Health’s Extraction Clinic, the Fayetteville Youth Dental Program, and other dental outreach programs around Northwest Arkansas. She also enjoys mentoring pre-dental students in their journey to achieving their professional dental goals.
Dr. Waselues enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She stays active by tumbling, stunting, hiking, exercising, and cheering the Arkansas Razorbacks on at athletic events.
