Cavities can happen to anyone. In General Dentistry, the key to treating cavities is early detection. When caught early, we can fix small cavities quickly with a tooth filling. We use composite resin instead of silver (amalgam) for all of our cavity fillings. It strengthens the tooth, looks natural, and preserves your natural tooth structure. We also perform direct ceramic inlays and onlays for ultimate strength, esthetics, and longevity.
Extractions
As part of our restorative treatment plan, we extract teeth when necessary or practical to extract them. Getting a tooth extracted doesn’t have to feel like pulling teeth. We make every effort to ensure your comfort during and after extracting teeth.
Dental Crowns
When a tooth has suffered advanced decay or severe damage, a crown is necessary to restore its strength, function, and appearance. Custom-made dental crowns fit your smile and cover the remaining tooth structure. Our dentists make crowns from various materials, including gold, porcelain, and zirconiums, depending on the restoration location.
We offer same-day crowns and restorations for our patients using the CEREC system. Less time in the dental chair means more time flashing your beautiful smile.
Bridges
A gap in your smile because of missing teeth due to injury, decay, or gum disease can make it difficult to eat, speak, or smile confidently. And it can create greater problems for your dental health, including TMJ.
A dental bridge “bridges” the gap in your smile, keeping your teeth in position, maintaining a healthy bite, and giving you back your beautiful smile. Bridges are permanently cemented to the adjacent teeth and provide you with a natural look that’s versatile and durable.
Root Canals
Small cavities caught early can be repaired quickly and easily with a tooth filling. However, if left untreated, decay can reach deep inside the tooth, leading to a root canal.
A root canal removes the infected pulp while preserving the tooth. Once the pulp is removed, we replace it with a material that seals the inside of the tooth, from the end of the root to the top of the tooth.
A root canal is typically no more eventful than any other restorative treatment. Most endodontic (root canal) treatments are accomplished in our office in a single visit using the latest instruments and techniques.
Partials & Dentures
Missing teeth can affect your confidence and how you live your life. Fortunately, denture options transform your smile, boost oral health, and give you back your confidence.
Partial dentures replace a few missing teeth in your upper or lower jaw. If you still have some remaining healthy natural teeth, removable partials might be just what you need.
Full dentures replace an entire set of teeth. When there aren’t enough healthy teeth for a bridge, custom-fabricated dentures might be the right solution for you. Each set is made specifically for your oral needs, which requires time and multiple appointments. Dental implants may be necessary to allow for maximum retention and stability.
Dental Implants
Replace your missing teeth with dental implants. Dental implants provide a strong foundation for replacement teeth or dentures. The implant is a small, titanium post surgically placed beneath the gums to replace the missing tooth’s root.
