In addition, if you’re unable to keep your appointment as a patient for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
Financial Policy
We understand and are sensitive to your financial circumstances, we will do everything possible to help you achieve good oral health. Because Infinity Dental fees are determined by the materials we use and the time required to deliver your treatment. However, our staff is happy to help you calculate the estimated cost, assist you with benefit eligibility before your treatment, and maximize insurance benefits. In addition, while we do everything possible to receive insurance payments, all patients are responsible for payments not paid by insurance.
Convenient Payment Options
At Infinity Dental & Laser Center, because we offer and accept a variety of payment options it gives you some financial flexibility for your dental treatments. We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is due when services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Returned checks from your financial institution are subject to a returned check fee to cover processing fees charged to our dental office.
Rescheduling/Change in Schedule Policy
Our dental office is dedicated to providing all of our patients with quality care and exceptional service. Since our team and dentists spend extensive amounts of time preparing for your visit, to give you the best care possible, broken and missed appointments create scheduling issues for our team and patients. However, if you need to reschedule your dentist appointment, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice, which allows us to make every effort to accommodate other patients. With this in mind, if we do not receive proper notice, we will charge a fee to your account to be billed to you or payable at the next appointment.
